Our Philosophy

We have partnered with Pinnacle Vitality because we believe in a holistic approach being that you take care of mind, body and spirit as a whole, not just cosmetic needs. Every client will undergo an in-depth consultation to make sure they are comfortable and completely knowledgeable about  the service they would like to receive.

Principle and Integrity

It is important to us that each clients well-being and  safety are addressed at each visit.  During the consultation and exam, we will make sure you are a healthy candidate and have no allergies to injectables.  Under no circumstances will we suggest products or procedures that are not needed.  Your comfort and trust in our team is important to us.

Our Team

Crystal, RN:  Crystal is proud to call Buda home.  She was born and raised here and has also enjoyed raising her two boys in Buda as well.  Crystal always knew she was a natural caregiver, so she decided nursing was in her future.  As her journey in nursing began, it became clear that aesthetics was going to be her path.  Since then, Crystal has become a Master Injector and continues to learn all the industry has to offer.  Crystal has over seven different certifications allowing her to practice the latest procedures and techniques.  She is highly trained and experienced with Botox, Juvaderm and Kybella and many other services and products that will soon be offered at Fresh Face.

Crystal does not believe in changing anyone's appearance, she only wishes to enhance and preserve what is already beautiful. She believes in listening to her client's needs and guiding them to achieve their personal goals.

Lisa, RN BSN:  Lisa has been in the Austin area for over 20 years and considers it home.  She has 5+ years of working in the ER at St. Davids Medical Center, Brackenridge and Dell Seton Medical Center at UT. She is excited to embark on a new approach to caring for patients, helping them feel and look their best.  Lisa shares the same thoughts as Crystal regarding a persons natural beauty and the importance of preserving and maintaining it without creating any drastic changes.

Lisa resides in Driftwood with her husband and daughter and has another on the way.  She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the hill country and traveling.

Brian Cooper, D.O.:   Dr. Brian Cooper D.O. is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, and a

Certified Medical Director with AMDA. He also has served on the senior executive

leadership team of his last company and helped grow them into the largest

independently owned post-acute provider company in the country.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Biopsychology from the University of

Michigan, and then went on to receive his medical degree with Summa Cum

Laude honors from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He

completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital

and the VA system in Phoenix, AZ, prior to moving to Austin, TX.

Throughout his years as a Hospitalist, he has done many procedures and treated

and seen many illnesses and ailments. But it was in the beginnings of his

Osteopathic training, that he developed a deep rooted belief in the importance of

the holistic approach. Because of that, he has always explored alternative and

non-traditional ways that individuals can utilize to promote their overall well

He found that when people spend time and energy on their appearance, they will

often make additional health related choices that are congruent. They make

decisions that support their previous choices and are in line with their beliefs of

how they look and feel. These decisions can in turn, lead to improvements in both

their acute and chronic, physical and mental health. Caring for patients, and

having them be healthier, and living a longer life with higher quality is his ultimate

In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, snowboarding, gardening and

working outside, travelling. He resides in Driftwood with his wife, 2 kids, dogs,

cats, and chickens.
